The path of personal growth leads ands starts with foundational morals or core values. One must revise his or her values and then compare them with your daily choices. Ask your self for every choice or decision that you made that day, did it align with your core values/foundational morals? Do this with a partner, one who you can trust to keep you honest. I can bet that not all but a good portion of folks will begin to realize that they are making small compromises in their core values. These may seem like minute and redundant choices but that is far from true! These small compromised choices add up and subconsciously. Suddenly we begin to resent everything and everyone around us! when truly we resent our self for making that compromise and not staying true to our core values. Please let me know what you think or find. This is a personal theory of mine and I still use this particular exercise in my daily life. It is possible to do by yourself. The only down fall is there is no one there to keep you honest.
